John F. Biermann and Anna Schulte
The inscription on the back of this photo says that it was taken at the Baier Farm in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. It further identifies this as being owned by Bessie Biermann's sister, Anna and her husband George.
Hilda Biermann (standing), (left to right) Norma Schulte, Anna Biermann and John Biermann, Jr.
Taken in Chicago probably around 1905: (Top to bottom) Anna Schulte Biermann, John F. Biermann, Hilda Biermann, Mrs. Schulte (probably Elizabeth Kemp Schulte, mother of Norma Schulte), John J. Biermann, Jr., Anna Biermann, Norma Schulte, the baby is unknown, but may be a Schulte.
My grandfather John Joseph Biermann and his two youngest sisters. Missing from most photos are the older Biermann children, Clifford and Mae. Clifford, born in 1884, was 15 years older than John, who was born in 1899.
John, Hilda, Anna Biermann and Norma Schulte ( first cousin). Norma was the daughter of Henry Schulte.
Captioned "Two orphans from Russia - please donate" as a joke. Hilda was the second youngest Biermann and Anna was the middle child. This photo was probably taken in Chicago.
